December 5. Dr. Axelrod joined co-editor Tammy Nuzzo-Morgan Dr. Axelrod joined poet, Adam Fisher, reading in Kew Gardens for the REZ Reading Series, 85-09 118th Street. November 13, Dr. Axelrod will read in Guilford, Connecticut. October 10, Dr. Axelrod will read at Oceanside Library, hosted by Peter Dugan.

September 4, Lauren LoNigro celebrated the publication of

August 26, 2008 at Borders in Stony Brook, Dr. Axelrod discusses his duties as Suffolk County Poet Laureate. August 9, Dr. Axelrod helped raise funds for the East Hampton Library by appearing at Author's Night. Click here for: More Information July 27, 2008 At the Third Jack Kerouac Softball Challenge Game, the North Sea Dharma Hawks beat the Northport Zen Tigers by a score of 16 to 6. The event was held at Red Creek Park in Hampton Bays, coordinated by Tammy Nuzzo-Morgan and George Wallace.
