October 21st, Dr. Axelrod with David Bouchier, author and Public Radio musical host and commentator who hosed the North Shore Pro Musica fund raiser, Sunday October 21, at the Stony Brook Cultural Center.

October 13th at the Clayton Liberatory Gallery in Bridgehampton: Dr. Axelrod, George Wallace (Suffolk County's first Poet Laureate) together with Ellen de' Pazzi, in celebration of her publication of David Burliuk: His Long Island and His World (Writers Ink Press, 2007).
