Office & Hours

Okay, I have a hidden agenda. I've baited you here with the promise of help understanding poetry but I'd be happy if I could hook a few poets, or at least make poetry lovers of you. You are REQUIRED to send a total of 10 poems of your own composition this term.

The lessons below appear at my website www.poetrydoctor.org and may be of use to you in better understanding how to read, understand, enjoy and, yes, write poetry.

Lessons on explicating should also help you choose and explain the required quotes you place in the poetry paper you are required to write.
