REQUIREMENTS GRADE SHEET Please pay close attention to the guidelines for selecting a grade at the bottom of this sheet. You must submit this grade sheet to receive your final grade. If you don't send in your grade sheet you will be issued a "W" for the term. RECORD THE NUMBER (#) OF PAGES OF POETRY YOU WROTE IN THE BLANK FOR EACH. _____Imitation of two (2) poems by contemporary poet. Anything dramatically late or missing will require you to receive a lower grade than "B". If you are asking for an "A" you should have done extra credit work and have gotten at least an "B+" on your poetry paper!
